Shipping Disclaimers

Indian Florist , in conjunction with delivery partners, will deliver bouquets on the requested day. Delivery partners do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Indian Florist  is not responsible for:
Flowers delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the customer.
Decreased flower quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
Flower quality problems where delivery is delayed due to sender requiring signature upon delivery. Indian Florist does not allow orders to be edited or cancelled within 48 hours of the requested delivery date, or within the seven days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, because of our extremely high volume of orders during these times.
Vase and flowers may vary from those pictured due to availability. A vase is not included with gift baskets.

We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non availability of the desired product.

In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
No change in instructions can be entertained before 2 working hours of the date of delivery and acknowledged by our Customer support team.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless requested 1 working day prior of the delivery date.
In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, the update will be available in the website and the same can be collected from the delivering outlet same day in the same city , details of which is available with our customer support numbers.
We will not entertain any complaint for perishable products like fresh flowers, cake etc. after 48 hours from the time of delivery
Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.
For non-perishable commodities, respective brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product.
Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description shall be delivered. Conformance would be seeked from the customer for the same through e-mail. However, if there is no response from the customer within 24 hrs., it shall be assumed that s/he has agreed to the delivery of the alternate product.

Request for cancellation of confirmed order can be made up to 1 day prior to the delivery date. You can send cancellation request at flsupport@indianflorist.com
While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel / Hospital.
Courier and express product cannot be deliver together at same time.
We will not entertain any complaint for perishable products like fresh flowers, cake etc. after 48 hours from the time of delivery.
 For Fix Time Delivery

Terms & Conditions for Fix Time Delivery:

We cannot commit sharp/exact time for delivery. Order will be delivered +15 or -15 mins as per selected time.
We required 3 hours lead time.
We deliver on Sundays also.
The above product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities.
No deliveries would be done on National Holidays. The delivery of the same would be done on the next working Day.
We would attempt delivery of the items once. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked, the customer shall still be charged for the order.
Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location.

For Remote Locations & Towns :

All the orders received by 6pm would be delivered on Next Day.
We deliver on Sundays also.
The above product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities.
No deliveries would be done on National Holidays. The delivery of the same would be done on the next working Day.
We would attempt delivery of the items once. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked, the customer shall still be charged for the order.
Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location.

No time commitment for the deliveries would be entertained.

Orders will be delivered within 3-4 working days.
The above products will delivered through Blue Dart or First Flight Courier.
The above product will be delivered all over India.
No Deliveries on National Holidays and Sundays.
Courier and express product cannot be deliver together at same time.
We cannot commit exact date of delivery for courier products. Courier product will reach in advance/late within 3-5 days as per date of delivery.
General Disclaimers:
Indian Florist retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Mumbai / Maharashtra  only.
If Indian Florist is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.
Indian Florist has taken every care for the accuracy of the information provided in the site. It has exercised due diligence in providing the latest products/information. However, Indian Florist or its employees or its affiliates are not responsible for the loss or damage caused to any of the users due to the information inadvertently provided in the site.
Genunity of information & interest of making payments:
The customer promises that the information provided to Indian Florist is true, correct and accurate. The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of your account and credit cards or other payment mention at prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
The customer agrees to defend indemnity & hold Indian Florist and its affiliates harmless from all liabilities & expenses including attorneys fee related to any violation of this agreement by them and also for the use of the services or transmission of any message or information by them Indian Florist may modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.
