Can a delivery be made to a PO Box or B.F.P.O address?

We will happily accept flower orders for delivery to PO Boxes or B.F.P.O addresses . When ordering, please supply a telephone number for the recipient and specify the PO Box or BFPO number in the first line of the recipient's address. Sorry - we are unable to deliver Plants, Wines and Faux flowers to these addresses.

What happens if the recipient is not at home when delivery is made?

Deliveries by florist: If no one is home when we attempt delivery, your gift will be left with a neighbour or in a safe place at the recipient's address. Alternatively, your gift may be returned to the florist's shop

How will I know when the flowers have been delivered?

If required, we are able to confirm delivery the following day to the delivery date . If you require delivery confirmation, please advise by email quoting your order number and recipient's details.

Where we deliver?

At present we deliver only within india. our international delivery section will start soon.

When do we deliver?

Same Day Delivery Order will be delivered any time during the day. Order received till 2.30 pm will be delivered till 7pm and order received till 5pm will be delivered till 9pm
Fix Time Delivery order will be delivered as per selected time keeping allowance of 15 to 20 minute 
Midnight Delivery Order will be delivered during midnight 11.30p.m. to 12.15a.m.

Yes, you can place the order over the phone. You can call Mrs . Josphin on her cell number 9322646766 between 08:00 am to 12:00am Midnight (Monday-Saturday) and 09:00 a.m. to 09:00 pm (Sunday)

What is billing details?

Billing details are payment details. E.g. if you are paying through Credit Card then you need to provide all required details. Credit Card Holder Name, Address, Email Id, Credit card number etc.

My order was not delivered as requested.

During our peak holidays*, due to high volume, we ask that you accept a flexible delivery schedule in order to ensure that deliveries will take place in a timely manner. Your patience is appreciated. All orders received till 2.30 pm will be delivered same day till 7pm and order received till 5pm will be delivered same day till 9pm. Although our specially selected florists make every effort, we cannot guarantee time specific deliveries.

* Peak holidays include Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Rakshabandhan , Deepavali , Christmas and New Years.
